Lanka ORIX Insurance Brokers incorporated on 2nd February 1999, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lanka ORIX leasing Co. Ltd. (LOLC) and commenced business from 1st April 1999. It is an unquoted public company, with an authorized capital of Rs. 05 million and an issued capital of Rs. 02 million.

It was established primarily in the belief that future customers would prefer to deal speedily through a single window, which offers a range of quality financial service with expertise and reliability.

Today, almost nine years in operation the company is ranked amongst the top three Insurance brokers in the country amongst fifty registered. Dealing with all sixteen insurers presently in operation, the company is not merely recognized for its turnover and profits but also for its stability, strength and professionalism.
